Ohio City Retail Plan Presentation

Ohio City Incorporated and The Riddle Company will host a public meeting to share a draft of the Ohio City Retail Plan and collect final feedback. A key element to developing this retail plan included working with the community to better understand what you would like to see in terms of new businesses, what businesses and services you’re currently leaving the neighborhood to patronize, and how our existing businesses can better meet your needs. This study will also help Ohio City Incorporated understand the market, learn who and where customers are, what types of retail to pursue, and what steps need to be undertaken in the short and long-term to develop a truly sustainable retail environment.
