Notice of Ohio City Incorporated Annual Meeting

Please join Ohio City Incorporated for the 2013 Annual Meeting as we celebrate the successes of 2012.

Eligible member attendees will have the opportunity to vote on:

• Four open Board of Trustee positions;
• Approval of organizational bylaw updates; and
• The winner of the Annual Neighborhood Improvement Fund, which provides $5,000 in funding to a neighborhood project!

See below for additional information on these topics. Doors will open and voting begins at 5:30pm, with a presentation at 6:30pm and networking from 7:15-8:15pm. Voting will end at 6:30pm.

Please bring a photo ID or utility bill in your name as identification to receive a ballot.

Hors d'oeuvres will be provided by one of Ohio City's favorite restaurants: Le Petit Triangle Cafe!  A wine and beer cash bar will also be available. Admission is a suggested donation of $10 at the door.

These board resolutions and their corresponding updates shall become effective upon a majority vote of the members on April 17, 2013.

Neighborhood Improvement Fund Projects!

Every year, eligible membership votes to award $5,000 to a neighborhood project through the Annual Neighborhood Improvement Fund! The projects up for selection this year include:

• The Beacon of St. John's
• Literary Lots
• Ohio City Historic District Street Name Signs
