Mario Batali spotlights Ohio City Farm in Cleveland and its refugee growers

One section of Mario Batali's new book focuses on Cleveland's Ohio City Farm. Batali created four recipes in honor of the farm, including three of them we have permission to publish: Fried Okra with Gumbo MustardPanelle (chickpea flour cakes) with Zucchini and Corn Salsa and Zucchini Fries with Tomato Aioli.
