Why Ohio City? There's such a great energy and sense of community in Ohio City that comes from the people who live here. There's a lot of awesome economic and cultural diversity that also feels really cohesive. As a family, we really value that.

What is your favorite season in Ohio City? Fall! Walking the neighborhood when the air is a little crisp and the leaves are crunchy? Love it.

In your opinion, what is a best kept secret about Ohio City? We really love the Kentucky Garden. We don't have a plot there this year, but my son Liam participates in the Garden Club (Wednesday nights in the summer). It's a beautiful space and provides a great opportunity for the neighborhood. Transformer Station, too. My wife and I actually had our wedding there! It's an awesome museum, it's free, and the featured artists are always worth checking out.

Favorite West Side Market Stands? We love going to Bacha Produce. Emery is a great guy and his produce is first rate (plus he's always got a sucker for the kids.) And we always stop by to see Melissa at Decaro, even if we don't need anything. It's hard to narrow it down because there's so many vendors we love...

Favorite Ohio City traditions? Ohio City Stages! Coolest block party ever. We haven't missed a show the last three years...the kids love it and it's a great show every time.

Involvement in the Community: My wife Anna and I live on John Ave with our two kids, two dogs, and kitty!
