Give & Get Help with Cleveland Pandemic Response

Cleveland Pandemic Response is designed to facilitate community preparedness and recovery. Residents can request help or sign up to donate and volunteer. Organizations can help by clicking “I Represent a Local Organization” at the upper-right.

Emergency Loans

Emergency loans up to $1,500 may be available from HFLA of Northeast Ohio for anyone impacted by COVID-19, interest free. Apply at or call (216) 378-9042.

Internet Access

Spectrum is offering free broadband and Wi-Fi access for 60 days to households with K-12 and/or college students who do not already have a Spectrum broadband subscription and at any service level up to 100 Mbps. To enroll, call 1 (844) 488-8395. Installation fees will be waived for new student households.

Comcast is also offering two free months of internet service to all qualified, low-income households. You may cancel at any time or continue the service at $9.95 per month. To enroll, call 1 (855) 846-8376 or visit

Small Business Resources

Honeycomb Credit assists small businesses with loans up to $50,000 with a 6-month interest-only period.

SharedWork Ohio is a voluntary layoff aversion program. It allows workers to remain employed and employers to retain trained staff during times of reduced business activity. Under a SharedWork Ohio plan, the participating employer reduces affected employees’ hours in a uniform manner.

The City of Cleveland will post temporary "30 Minute Parking" zones along West 25th Street & Lorain Avenue to create pick up zones for the West Side Market and other neighborhood businesses. Please respect these zones to support businesses during the statewide restauraunt closure.
