Ohio City Incorporated has worked to develop a mixed-income single-family housing program that will produce between 20-50 family-friendly homes within the neighborhood's interior at a variety of price points, with a goal of at least 20% of those units being available to 80% AMI incomes or below. This program is designed to streamline the approval process for building a new home in Ohio City. The program will provide quality materials that fit within the context of the neighborhood. The homes were designed by Dimit Architects in partnership with OCI, with the neighborhood's historic, dense, walkable fabric in mind, utilizing the neighborhood's alley system when possible to provide rear access. OCI has partnered with Knez Homes to deliver these high quality, high design homes at a range of affordability, with 5 homes currently on the market.
