Location:
SPACES Gallery, 2900 Detroit Avenue

SPACES is hosting an opening reception for their new artists for an evening of considering what it means to be an American today, how cultural (mis)understanding is shaped by forces large and small, and what home really feels like. SPACES will celebrate the opening of The First 100+ Days, featuring responses to President Trump's immigration policy by 10 artists and activist groups, and new projects by SWAP resident Yoko Inoue (Tea Taste Democracy & Upside Down Objects) and The Vault curator Cigdem Slankard. The artists and curators will be present.

Williams, and Megan Young. http://www.spacesgallery.org/project/the-first-100-days
