Waffle Bar Grand Opening at Bookhouse Brewing

After over a year of popping-up in their taproom, Waffle Bar is becoming a permanent fixture at Bookhouse Brewing!

For over a year, Bookhouse has hosted Waffle Bar as a food pop-up on the weekends. Up until now, Waffle Bar has focused on traditional, Liege-style waffles with mostly sweet, build-your-own toppings. In this new era of expanded waffledom, you'll have your choice of sweet, savory or vegan/gluten-free batter, with an expanded menu of toppings that can take things in a sweet or savory direction. Keep an eye on Waffle Bar's Instagram in the coming weeks for sneak peeks!

This event is free and open to the public. No tickets or registration required, but registering will help George the Waffle guy know how many waffles to prepare!
